SCHEDULING AN INSTALLATION |

When you call to book an installation, we will schedule the installation for a day that you are available to be home. This allows us to access the garage or basement and show you how to operate the system before we leave. We will have your yard located by the Utilities Protection Center. The day before the installation we will call you to confirm our appointment and to check to make sure that all of your utilities have been located. The Utilities Protection CenterThe Utilities Protection Center (UPC) is a nonprofit agency that dispatches crews to locate all underground utilities before sprinkler installation. They will locate the electricity, main gas line , the main water line, cable television line, and phone line. All other underground utilities, such as underground dog fences, outdoor lighting, or lines to your gas grill, etc. are the responsibility of the homeowner to locate. |
